JOSEF FRANK, a rare and important cabinet for Svenskt Tenn, Stockholm c. 1939, modellnumber B14, stand in mahogany with the top in green leather, inside painted in black with glass shelves, marked with metall plaque Svenskt Tenn Stockholm, h 120, 100 x 33,5 cm

PROVENANCE
The architects Elsebet and Kjeld Ussing. They worked in Stockholm in the end of the 1930's with swedish star architects Gunnar Asplund and Sigurd Lewerentz. They married in Storkyrkan in the old town of Stockholm in 1940 and they bought the cabinet as a wedding gift for themselves. Thence by inheritance in the family.
