Once you have logged in, you can participate in the bidding on all current lots. Bids are to be placed in whole SEK hundreds, with SEK 300 being the lowest acceptable bid.
Absentee bids can be submitted in writing to our Customer Center. Bids are to be written on the special bid forms. Absentee bids are to be made in whole SEK hundreds, with SEK 300 as the lowest acceptable bid. Absentee bids, which are binding, must have been received by our Customer Center no later than 17.00 on the day before the auction is held.
The winning bid will be subject to a charge of 22.5%, incl. VAT, as well as a hammer fee of SEK 95 incl. VAT. Items affected by legislative resale rights – i.e. copyright compensation – will be subject to an additional fee of 5%. These items are marked with a D in the catalogue text, and the fee will be charged on objects sold for a final price of more than SEK 2,200.
The most convenient way to pay for purchases at Online Auction is to use the card payment facility under My pages. Please note that 3D Secure code must be used when paying by credit card. Lots can also be paid for by card while visiting Customer Service in Magasin 5. Please note that we do not accept cash payments.

Items purchased must be paid for and collected no later than three (3) days after the conclusion of the auction at which they were purchased. Thereafter, Stockholms Auktionsverk reserves the right to debit a storage fee of SEK 50 per day and to transfer the item(s) in question to an external forwarding company. All costs in this regard will be charged to the purchaser. Stockholms Auktionsverk will be happy to assist with various shipping solutions, mailing service and long-term storage. When buying as a private consumer on Online Auction you have by law a cancellation right. (Cancellation right does not apply to our corporate customers.) The cancellation of your purchase should be made within the cancellation period starting on the day you receive the lot and ending 14 days later. You are requested to announce your decision in writing within the cancellation period. You can either send an email to email@example.com, send a letter to Stockholms Auktionsverk, PO Box 5274, 102 46 Stockholm, or fill out a form while visiting our premises.
After cancellation is made you have 14 days to, at your expense, return the lot to one of our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmoe, or return the lot by mail to the above address. Lots provided with seals should be returned with unbroken seals for a valid cancellation right. Once we have received and accepted the lot´s current condition, we will within 14 days refund the amount you have paid to us except for charged storage fee. If you paid by card on our website, the payment will be returned on that card. Customer Center can make a refund on the card you used for payment if you present the same card to them. Also, payment can be made with bank transfer.
