Folio (380x330 mm). Title, dedication leaf to Ernst Ludwig, 2 leaves introduction and 1 leaf index. With 100 loose plates with photo illustrations of the Hessian Lands Exhibition for free and Applied Art Darmstadt (Hessische Landesausstellung in Darmstadt) 1908. Some leaves with slight wear to edges.
Publisher's original half cloth portfolio with printed title on cover and bands, upper joint partly split in lower part.
The fine photoillustrations depicts amongst others exteriors, gardens, interiors, furniture, lamps, metal work and wall paper. The exihibition was held in October 1908.
Albin Müller (or Albinmüller) (1871-1941), German architect and designer who became a member of the Artists' colony in Darmstadt in 1906.
