4:o (283x220 mm.). (9), (i)-xv, (1 blank), (1)-500 (pp. 265-272 in duplicate) pp. On large folding engraved map ("Nautical map intended for the use of colonial undertakings"), 2 engraved plates (all, some foxing on the 2 unpaginated text leaves with explanation of the plates).
Later (early 20th century) brown half leather, slightly worn, gilt spine in six compartments, uncut. Minor foxing.
