8vo. (28), 1-411, (1 blank) pp. Engraved frontispiece, 2 folding engraved bird plates by C. Bergquist after I. Leche (all, frontispiece with some soiling and one spot to margins, plates some slight foxing).
Brown contemporary full leather, worn, richly gilt spine in seven compartments, partly split joints, some damages at head and in upper part of lower joint, library label at lower spine, red edges. Minor foxing. With notes by Johan Otto Hagström on first free endpaper, who mentions that this volume was given to the "Nations" of Medelpad and Jämtland in Uppsala, signed Joh. Otto Hagström, Jemtläninge. Bookplate of Sven Wall. Owner's blindstamp on title, library stamp on inside of cover and on endpaper (Experiment Station Library).
