Small 8vo (165x90 mm). (76), 732 (i.e. 742), (31) pp. Engraved frontispiece portrait of Christianus Augustus, extra engraved title, 55 engraved plates, some folding (complete, 1 larger with repaired tears, some browning to folds), including the world map (folds partly browned, small tear).
Later (19th century) vellum, partly worn, split upper joint, spine with manuscript title, upper part worn, tear to lower part, red edges.
Owner's stamp on inside of cover and first free endpaper, Büchersammlung Wolfgang Kraemer, and some notes, his stamp also on verso of frontispiece portrait together with a inscription from a former owner, physician Immanuel Weissman (1683-1745).
