Contemporary lilac full leather, somewhat worn, gilt borders, faded gilt spines. Some foxing. Bookplate of Charles Mason White. 5 volumes.

Brayley wrote the text for vol. I-II, Joseph Nightingale for vol. III:1-2, and J. Norris Brewer for vol. IV.
These volumes are part of the "Beauties of England and Wales", originally published in 25 volumes.
