Small 4to (230x170 mm). (4), 274, 14 ll. With printer's device in woodcut, 2 fullpage genalogical plates, 1 fullpage woodcut. Title with spotting, repaired tear to margin, some foxing. BOUND WITH:

CLEMENS (Papa VI). Clementinaru(m) materia cu(m) capituloru(m) & titulorum numero... Extant Joannis de Imola non pauce additiones... Fra(n)cisci Zabarelle deprompta adjecta sunt. Apposita est insuper cum... sua interpretatione jurispatronatus arbor nunque antea impressa... Paris (Kerver and Petit 21. August 1540). 110, (6) ll.

Contemporary vellum, damaged and spotted, partly lacking spine, upper cover loose with manuscript title. 3 pages with old"index tabs" in vellum. Throughout with woodcut initials, text printed in red and black and in two columns.
