Sir Richard Carnac Temple, 2nd Baronet (1850 1931) was the British Chief Commissioner of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands and an anthropological writer.
The Andamanese languages are the indigenous languages of the Andaman Islands, spoken by the Andamanese Negritos.
The Andaman and Nicobar Islands are a group of islands at the juncture of the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea, and are a Union Territory of India.
