Large 4to (270x210 mm). (3), iv-xviii, 460, (6 =appendix) pp. 2 folding engraved maps (all, browning and foxing, text with spotting and offsetting).
Contemporary half leather binding, spine with title label, worn and rubbed, damages to spine, split joints.

Bring 361, Schiötz 158d (mentions an advertising leaf, which is not present, also probably lacking a half title as often).
The original German edition was published in Berlin 1810. Buch´s popular travel account was translated to many languages.
