4:o (about 298x195 mm.). (4), (2), 3-233 (wrongly for 229, last page blank, lacks last blank leaf) ll. Title printed in red and black with armorial woodcut (later crudely coloured, some annotations), some woodcut initials (later simply coloured).
Later (20th century) half vellum. First (old) free endpaper with mended (cello-tape) tears. In the beginning some marginal dampstaining, some minor foxing. About 6 leaves with inkstains. Some marginal annotations and underlinings to text.
