Folio (395x290 mm. for binding). 449 coloured chromolithograph plates (all, of which 10 plates only in black and white, some minor offsetting from plates to text, a few loose plates).
Contemporary red-brown half leather, worn and with some damages, spines with titles in black, partly with split joints, some volumes loose in bindings. Text with some loose leaves, minor foxing, 1 leaf creased, a few minor tears to margin. 12 volumes.
