4to (250x160 mm). With 12 original lithographs, 4 linoleum cuts and 2 initials by Henri Matisse (1 lithograph with minor damage to margin). Limited edition of 250 copies, this is number 124 of 225 on velin signed by both Matisse and Rouveyre.
Loose as issued, partly untrimmed and uncut in original yellow wrapper with decor (some spotting to wrapper and text). Original yellow paper boards with cloth spine with title, green case (partly worn).

Provenance: Stefan Schueler (1920-2015), Swedish art book dealer who in 1972 opened / founded the specialized art book shop "Konst-Bibliofilen" in the Old Town, Stockholm, which lasted for 25 years.
