Contemporary sculptured silver binding with clasps, inner doublures and endpapers of brocade paper in gold, gilt edges. Some minor marginal dampstaining. Some minor foxing. In a new cloth box.

Upper cover depicts the cruzifiction, lower the ascension of Christ, with roman soldiers, putti, flower guirlands and more.
