Large 8:o (about 250x170 mm.). (20), (3), 4- 227, (1 blank), (2),185-186 (to be placed at end), (1)-183, (1 blank) pp. Engraved additional pictorial title, engraved dedication (both with some dampstaining in upper margin), 10 engraved plates (all, partly dampstained in upper part or margin, plate 1 with hole in inner margin), 2 folding engraved maps, of which one partly coloured (some dampstaining, mostly visible verso), 1 large folding printed table (probably lacks one printed table).
Entirely unopened and uncut in contemporary grey wrappers, worn, upper wrapper with mended tears, spine somewhat damaged. Minor foxing. In a new black cloth cassette. Rare.

A rare work on Eastern Siberia. We can trace only two copies at auctions (1996 and 2014).
