Forman 146. "The book was done up in blue-gray and in Turner-gray boards with linen backs and the title printed on the front cover. There were three editions each of 500 copies, in the second of which some errors were corrected. In the first Van Eyck´s name is spelt Van Eyk".
Our copy is of the first 500 printed with the error as noted by Forman on page 45.
