Large folio (473x328 mm.). 335 leaves (of 338, lacks first blank, leaf 3 and last blank). 59-60 lines in 2 columns. Initials painted in red and blue, smaller initials painted in red.

Rebound in old vellum from a printed 16th (?) century antiphonary, black notes on red lines and some text in red with nice woodcut initials in red and black. Part of old vellum binding preserved on inside of lower cover. First leaf mended in upper margin with some loss of text, some other mendings in upper margin without loss of text. One leaf with lower margin torn, no loss of text. Nearly througout dampstained in upper part, affecting some text, some other marginal dampstaining, som minor foxing.
