16:o (about 118x77 mm.). (72, last leaf blank), 1-599 (wrongly printed 199), (36) pp. Title with woodcut printers device.
Later (17th century) limp vellum, gilt border and centerpiece on covers, gilt spine in four compartments, all edges gilt. Inside of lower cover with pasted catalogue cut. Old owners signature "Nicolaus Nicolai Nicop." on title , some scribbling and ink stains on last 4 leaves. Bookplate of Thore Virgin on first endpaper. 2 old signatures on inside of upper cover. Library stamp of Roman Kaczmar.
