4to (215x150) mm. (8), 381, (2) pp. 58 woodcut text illustrations, including repeats. Text and music printed in red and black.
Contemporary brown gilt calf binding, covers with the coat-of-arms of a cardinal, renovated with old spine rebacked, joints reinforced and lower cover with repairs, red edges. Text heavily stained in the beginning, spotted throughout. Bookplate of S. Gregory, Ould.
