Contemporary red morocco, somewhat worn, gilt borders and decorations, inlays of green leather gilt in the inner corners of the outer border and on middle of covers in and around the inner border, some small cracks in the joints, inner gilt borders, gilt edges of covers, faded richly gilt spine in six compartments, all edges gilt. With the red owner´s stamp of Thore Virgin, "Bibliotheca Qvarnforsiana" on the endpapers, together with his own notes and signature, and dated London 25.8.1956. Bookplate of C. E. Stewart 1893.
