Small 8:o (c. 132x92 mm.). (275) ff (av 280, 5 leaves missing, 3 present in facsimile, not present in facsimile I4, I5), 26 woodcuts (of 28, 2 missing, old simple colouring, illustrating the life of Christ).
Contemporary brown German roll-tooled calf, worn, on upper cover the initials UR, brass clasps and fittings (1 clasp missing, partly defective spine in four compartments. Title somewhat mended in inner margin, about 10 leaves close cut with partial loss of rubrication trext in upper margin, partly dampstained, some foxing. Long contemporary annotations on inside of covers and last endpaper. Bookplate stamp of Roman Kaczmar on inside of upper cover.
