Contemporary brown full calf, worn, decorated in blind on covers, rebacked, new endpapers, marbled edges. Presentation inscription on old first endpaper. Large paper copy.
The presentation inscription: "For the Library of the British and Foreign Bible Society, with the grateful and cordial acknoweledgements of the Author - Mission House, Serampore, Dec. 26th 1814".

Variant state of leaves W4 and X1. The Marshman grammar is frequently referred to as "Clavis Sinica" which appears on the half-title.
