Partly hand-coloured engraved map with cartouche and large view of the battle of the fortified city of Olmütz (Olomouc, Czech republic)
Size 365x473 mm. Some creases to the middle, has been folded, repaired tear to upper margin, some minor spots. Framed.

Uncommon map of the siege of Olmütz (then in Austria, now Olomouc in the Czech republic). Frederick the Great and the Preussian army besieged the city during The Seven Years´ War. He was later forced to withdraw and left Moravia.
No record of this map in Old Maps.com or Rare Book Hub, we only find a copy at the university of Prague.
