A BLUE AND WHITE ´SEA CREATURES´ BOWL, painted with mythical sea creatures such as the winged dragon, qilin, elephant, tortoise and snail, all reserved on a dense ground of turbulent waves. The centre of the interior has a medallion depicting a rampant winged elephant against wind-tossed waves. Guangxu mark and of the period (1875-1908), diameter c. 19 cm
