"Carouschka´s Tickets" is a design object, an artist´s book, and a catalogue of the ultimate emphemera of 30 years worth of travel. It reproduces over 1600 tickets from international airlines to intracity buses collected by the Swedish designer and architect Carouschka Strejffert which together present a portrait of contemporary migration: of people across borders, and of commuters across town, while at the same time celebrating the graphic design of travel. Remarkably designed in a large-format with French folds, this book is printed beautifully, accurately conveying the feel and texture of each ticket.
