Emanuel König (1658-1731), professor of Greek, physics and theoretical medicine in Basel. This work is a compilation of drugs, prescriptions etc, based on the writings by F. M. van Helmont, Boccone, Welsch, Boyle and others.
Binding worn and stained, damages to spine (crack), and upper cover, split joints. Frontispiece shaved to outer margin, some minor damages, some worming to inner margin at the beginning, 2 leaves stained, some spotting, otherwise some foxing and browning.
