Small 4:o. (8), 1- 903, (1 blank), (68, last blank) pp. Title with woodcut printer´s device.
Contemporary vellum, worn and partly spotted, upper inner doublure somewhat damaged. Partly dampstained in upper outer corner from p. 700 to the end. Otherwise minor foxing and spotting.
Titus Maccius Plautus ( 254 - 184 BC), commonly known as "Plautus", was a Roman playwright of the Old Latin period. His comedies are the earliest surviving intact works in Latin literature.
