Small 4to (20,5x16 cm). (4), 64 leaves. Title with printer´s device in woodcut.
Soft vellum, worn and soiled, stain to lower cover, lacking ties, title in manuscript on spine, split inner joints. Small library label on inside of cover.
Old signature on title, spotting and dampstaining together with worming to margins in the beginning and at the end. Some leaves foxed. Worming and pencil notes on endpapers.
Thie poem is said to have inspired Milton and his "Paradise Lost".
