Thomassin on the statues and more in Versailles

Small 4:o (245x193 mm.). (2), 3-59, (1 blank) pp. Title printed in red and black, 1 folding engraved plan of Versailles (tears in the foldings), 216 engraved plates, of which 5 folding (lacks engraved frontispiece and 2 plates [number 213 and 216], plate 126 damaged, some foxing or browning).
Contemporary brown calf, worn, gilt borders with gilt ornaments within corners, some cracls in lower joint, gilt inner borders and edges of covers, gilt spine in six compartments, some damages at head and foot, gilt edges.
