4:o (283x217 mm.). 84 partly folding engraved plates, of which 3 coloured (all, 5 reinforced or worn in outer margin, some minor foxing, partly some minor dampstaining in upper margin, text some foxing).
Contemporary brown full calf, worn, vol. II with some cracks in the joints, somewhat faded gilt spines in 8 compartments, red and green labels. Marginal annotations and underlinings, mainly in pencil. Signatures (partly erased) on titles and halftitles. Bookplates. 2 volumes.
