Contemporary brown calf, worn, gilt spine in six compartments, damages at head and foot, redspeckled edges. Partly some dampstaining in lower margin, some foxing. Name C G. v. Schwerin stamped on title, also one old signature, old annotation and some scribbling on inside of covers, bookplate of Eri L:son Bremberg.

Provenance: Carl Gustaf von Schwerin (1769-1855), chamberlain, baron, castle of Hjularöd, (south of Sweden).
