Small 4:o (about 250x175 mm.). Engraved frontispiece in 3 states on papier chine in black, red and sepia, by Émile Benassit. Title printed in red and black.
Contemporary red half calf, slightly worn, spine insix compartments, upper edge gilt, otherwise uncut. (Bound by Smeers). Printed in 225 numbered copies, this is mumber 19 on papier tinbre, signed by the author.
