Sewn as issued, uncut, in a somewhat worn and stained printed wrapper. Presentation label from the King to Skånska Nations Bibliotheket i Lund and its library stamp on front cover. Small tear in bottom margin of title, foxing on plates III and VII. Owner´s signature of Helge Kjellin.
Pioneering work and one of the most important in Norwegian numismatics, containing pictures and descriptions of more than 1050 coins. With a summary in French.
Provenance: Stefan Schueler (1920-2015), Swedish art book dealer who in 1972 opened / founded the specialized art book shop "Konst-Bibliofilen" in the Old Town, Stockholm, which lasted for 25 years.
