Contemporary brown mottled calf, somewhat worn, slightly faded richly gilt spine. Some minr foxing.
Fournuier was primarily interested on books attractive to collectors in 1809, that is to sat, certain editions of the classics, standard theological treatises, editions of the bible, and rare French books. The work will count as an immediate predecessor to Brunet.
