Cit to or into platemark with some minor loss of picture in lower margin and lower part of right margin (the picture area goes out in the margins), some marginal tears. English text versom side numbers 105-106, custod on p. 105 Tt.

This is the second proof state with a simplified title cartouche without the dedication/publishers imprint and coat of arms blank. English text on verso, from the rare English edition of Mercator´s Atlas, published by Henricus Hondius and Jan Jansson.
