12mo. 160 x 90 mm. With 558 engraved plates and 2 folding engraved maps. Contemporary mottled calf with gilt spines with red labels, all edges red. Slightly worn. Wormhole throughout in volume I, mostly in inner margin, only occasionally affecting print, but with minor damage to the maps. A few minor stains, but overall a clean copy. Owner´s stamps of H[enrik] P[ontus] W[olter] Gahn, Kåfalla. Presentation to [C. Pontus] Gahn [af Colquhoun] (?) from [Curt von] Stedingk in first volume: "Ce livre appartient a monsieur Gahn. Assesseur par son ami et tres humble serviteur Court de Stedingk".
