Con alcune allegorie, et nel fine una breve espositione, et tavola di tutto quello, che nell´opera si contiene. Con privilegio. In Vinegia [=Venice], appresso Gabriel Giolito de Ferrari, 1548.
8vo. 207 x 145 mm. 264, 31, (30) leaves. Illustrated with wood engravings. First engraved title mounted on later paper. Later (19th century) paper binding with hand-written labels on spine, all edges yellow. A few minor stains. Faint damp leaves A1-8.
One of the most popular literary renaissance pieces, first published in 1516.
