This plate is numbered 16, in handwriting. Title in handwriting under the image. Framed.
The regiments portraid by Eben were stationed in Swedish Pommern during the Napoleonic wars. Fredric von Eben´s work "The Swedish Army" contains 25 plates, all engraved by Heideloff, a German who after the French revolution moved from Paris to London and started to work for Ackerman. Rare.
