8vo. 260 x 175 mm. (4), 752, (1) pp. Illustrated with woodcuts. Lithographed frontispiece and 11 lithographed titles, all with tissue guard. Beautiful black contemporary half calf with gilt spine, gilt corners and marbled edges (F. Erselius, Berlin). Small crack in rear hinge at head of spine. Very clean text. Exlibris of Georg Svensson on front board inside. In later marbled slipcase.
