Pii V. pontificis maximi jussu editi, Clementis VIII. ac Urbani VIII. auctoritate recogniti, complectens omnia ecclesiae universae ad divinum officium in choro modulandum necessaria, suis locis ordinatim disposita: quibus denuò accesserunt antiphonae, quae novissimè summorum pontificum decreto prodiere. Editio omnium optima... Venetiis (apud Nicolaum Pezzana) 1729.

Imperial folio (about 490x325 mm.). (2), 3- 470, i-lxx pp. Title printed in red and black with engraved vignette, printed in red and black throughout. Title with rupture in lower inner margin, 2 leaves with tear in lower part, 8 leaves with tears in lower margin, minor foxing. BOUND WITH:

Contemporary blindtooled pigskin in the style of the 16th century over wooden boards, somewhat worn, corner metal fittings, metal fittings on middle of covers, metal clasps and fittings, all somewhat rusty, spine in 8 compartments, small hole in upper compartment, marbled edges.

Belonged to a Rumanian diplomat, bought in Bucarest at the end of 19th century.
