Partly hand-coloured engraved world map in two hemispheres, title cartouche with four figures representing the four continents, flanked by two circular polar projection maps. About 460x650 mm. Repairs to both left and right middle margins, right margin with damage affecting plate area, slight dampstaining and crease in the same area, some slight spotting.
