4to. 149, (1 blank, 1, 1 blank, 1) pp. Illustrated. Printed with black and blue. Brown full morocco with geometrical ornaments in gold and black, all eges gilt, covers preserved (R. Mativet). In flannel-lined slipcase. Minor damage to spine. With a hand-written note signed by Gus Bofa.
Limited edition, this no 227 of 300 printed on vélin d´Arches.
Gus Bofa (pseudonym for Gustave Blanchot, 1883-1968) was a French, author, artist and editor. He´s best known for his collaborations with the author Mac Orlan, also held as a pioneer of the bande dessiné.
