Small 4to (244x198 mm). 30 plates, of which 27 coloured au pochoir, printed on thick laid paper, and with many illustrations in black and white. Original wrapper including spine withbound.
Fine blue half calf binding from the early 20th century, richly gilt spine in wide compartments, gilt upper edge (bound by Isbergs, Norrköping). On first free endpaper an advertisment for the book has been pasted in. Bookplate of Dani Liebenfeld.

First edition.
Among the artist´s present Alberto Magnelli, Jean Arp, André Bloc, Sonia Delaunay, Auguste Herbin, Berto Lardera, Serghe Poliakoff, Victor Vasarely.

Provenance: Dani Liebenfeld (1903-1984), Hotel and Restaurant owner in Norrköping, also a large art collector, among others of modernists like Gösta Adrian Nilsson and Otto G. Carlsund. Bookplate made by Bertil Bull Hedlund, Swedish graphic artist.
