Worn somewhat later half calf with tooled spine with raised bands and red label, marbled boards and red edges. Lacks end-leaves. Stains, some damp and a few closed tears. Worming in bottom corner pp. 127-150.
Antonio de Solís y Ribadeneyra (1610-1686), Spanish dramatic author and historian. First edition of this work was published in 1684, and shortly became an international bestseller.
