8vo. 171 x 115 mm. (8), 175, (1) pp. Engraved frontispiece and engraved extra title. Illustrated. Publisher´s red cloth with gilt and embossed decorations, all edges gilt. Spine extremities worn and minor cracks in rear hinge. A few minor stains. Faint damp in bottom margin ending on p. 26. Exlibris of Gotthard Elverson on front board inside. Presentation in ink on front fly leaf, dated December 29th 1844 (!).
