I. conte Palatino del Reno, landgravio di Leüctemberg, &c. Disperse dal tempo, unite dal genio, e legate dal buon´ evento ai natali d´un felice principe, che al fiorito aprite della sua reggia accrescerà nel maggior rigor di decembre la serenissima elettrice duchessa, Enrietta Adelaide, gloria delle due più famose corone d´Europa, della Real di Savoja, dell´Elettoral di Baviera.

Small 8vo. 148 x 93 mm. (18), 310, (4) pp. Engraved extra title. Slightly soiled contemporary vellum with black or oxidated gilt ornamental bands/frames on spine and boards and hand-written title on spine. A few minor stains.
Domenico Gisberti (1635-1677) was secretary and court poet at the Bavarian court in Munich. In the summer of 1670 he accompanied the Kurfürst and his wife on a voyage to Salzburg, which he relates in fictional letters in this work.
