Black paper boards with grey lettering on front board, cracks in the joints, worn black cloth spine with silver lettering. Beveled edges worn. Black and grey designed endpapers. Stamped "Karin & Lars Hall´s Collction" on first endpaper. Number 1415 of 1500 copies, designed by Merle Armitage, printed by Lynton R. Kistler in 1947 and initialed by Edward Weston on an affixed strip on limited edition page.

Provenance: Lars Hall (1938-2018), prominent in Swedish public relations, designer and art collector, who studied at Konstfack in Stockholm. Hall was an Art Director and one of the founders of the advertising agency Hall & Cederquist AB in 1973. He also started Gallery Camera Obscura and later Lars Hall AB, (art direction and design). He was also an avid collector of books and Fine Art photography.
