Composite atlas with 30 handcoloured double-page engraved maps from Homann´s Atlas minor, 14 engraved Swedish 18th century maps (all maps about 480x580 mm.), 1 map "Plan charta .. Cook sista upptäckter" (c. 190x170 mm.).

With handcoloured engraved title: "Atlas Novus terrarum orbis imperia, regna et status...", (Nürnberg ca 1710).

The atlas consits of amongst others:
Homann, Atlas minor: Spain, Europe, Asia, Africa, France, Italy, several maps on part of Germany, Denmark, Poland, Russia, Turkey.
Lacking the World map, America amongst others.

5 Swedish town maps by Johan Brolin, amongst others Wadstena, Upsala, Norrköping.
9 Swedish maps by Nils Marelius, Biurman and "Landtmäteri contoiret", amongst others Skaraborg, Wenern, Siöar, Strömmar, Östergöthland, Stockholm and Mälaren by Nordencreutz-Geringius.

Later brown half calf binding, title label on spine. Large folio (c.495x320 mm.). Handwritten (Swedish) index on first free endpaper, dated 1815.
