Lacking folding engraved map

Contemporary full calf binding, worn, rubbed and damaged (especially corners and spine), partly warped covers. Text with spotting and soiling, a few tears, small hole in margin and paperloss of corner. Signature dated 1757 on verso of frontispiece.
