4:o (about 297x228 mm.). (3), iv-xi, (1), (1)-303, (3), vi-viii, (1)-296 pp. Probably lacking flyleaf to part II. One engraved portrait (Gustavus Vasa), 40 engraved plates (all, 28 coloured, 12 aquatinta, 3 folding, 1 with mended marginal tear, a few spots, offsetting from plates to text).
Contemporary brown half calf, somewhat worn, gilt spines, spine to vol. II mended at head, speckled edges. Minor foxing. Signature on first endpaper of Elisabeth Barneby, bookplate of William Barneby. Inside of upper board to vol. I with mounted catalogue cut. 2 volumes.
